The notice items during the use of electromagnetic brake
Use the electromagnetic brake,we should note:
1.Foreign bodies:no other foreign bodies on the friction face,oil and grease will let it lower friction power and bad braking effection;
  Dust and metal particle,easy to damage the friction disc.Chemistry medicament rust and corrode it.
2.Wet and water:If in the wet environment,electromnagnetic brake will be lower friction power,and the warter will rust it.
3.Ventilation:Some friction heating out when using it,so installate it on the ventilation place or can use the cooling fan.
4.Maximum speed:Please refer the data of max speed,please don't exceed the max speed.
5.Temperature:The class of electromagnetic brake and clutch insulation is B,normal temperature is 40℃,the max temperature,not allowd to exceed 100℃。
